Aquí estan cinco peinados para cuando no hay mucho tiempo de arreglarnos pero nos queremos ver bien. Hay unos más sencillos que otros pero la práctica los hace más fáciles y son una buena opción para cambiar de look.

Here are five hairstyles for when there's not much time to groom but we want to look nice. There a ones more simple than others but with a bit of practice they're easier and are a good option for a look change.

 

 

Un peinado muy sencillo y femenino para cuando no hay mucho tiempo, pero con un detalle que lo hace que resalte.

Éste es un poco más tardado pero es perfecto para salir a un lugar más formal pero no es complicado.

This one takes a bit longer but it's perfect for a more formal place yet it's not complicated.

Más de una vez me ha pasado que mis sombras favoritas, mi rubor o polvo compacto se rompen; muchas veces tuve que tirarlos, hasta ahora que me topé con la solución y la verdad es que es la cosa más sencilla. Lo único que necesitas es: Alcohol 70%, un pedazo de plástico para envolver, un gotero, una espátula, una brocha delgada (aunque yo use un corta-uñas) y un Q-tip. Después de seguir estos 5 pasos parecerá que nada nunca le paso a tus sombras, rubores, etc.
(Yo utilicé un kit que traía tres colores de sombras diferentes.)
1.- ENVUELVE: completamente las sombras con el pedazo de plástico, asegúrate de que esté bien apretado.
2.- DESTRUYE: rompe todo el polvo, no sólo lo que ya estaba roto con la punta de la brocha (yo utilicé el corta-uñas)
3.- AGREGA ALCOHOL: quita el pedazo de plástico ya que este hecho polvo y agrega al menos diez veces el contenido del gotero completo (yo utilicé doce) hasta que se cubra todo.
4.- ALISA: tendrá una textura ligeramente cremosa y entonces puedes alisarlo con la espátula (yo utilicé el corta-uñas)
5.- PERFECCIONA: Utiliza el Q-tip para limpiar los bordes, dale unas horas para que se seque y después será como si nada nunca hubiera pasado!

More than once my favorite eye shadows, blush or compact powder have fell and shattered; many times they ended up in the trash, recently that I found the solution, which is really simple. You only need: 70% alcohol, plastic wrap, spatula ( I used a nail cutter), dropper and a Q-tip. After following these 5 steps it will be as  if nothing ever happened to your eye shadows, blush, compact, etc...
(I used a kit that had three different colors of eyeshadow)
1.- WRAP: completely with the piece of plastic and make sure it's tight.
2.- DESTROY: With your spatula, crush up the entire pan of shadow, not just the broken pieces until it turns to dust.
3.- ADD ALCOHOL: Remove the wrap and add at least 10 droppers full of alcohol until it covers everything. (I used a dozen).
4.-SMOOTH IT OVER: Now you’ll feel the powder has creamy texture giving you the perfect opportunity to even it out smoothly with your spatula.(I used the nail cutter)
5.- PERFECT THE EDGES: use the Q-tip to clean the edges, give it a few hours to dry and then it will be like nothing ever happened!

MEJORA TU DELINEADO
A veces puede ser dificil delinearte a la perfección con el delineador líquido, lo cual es una pena porque permanece por más tiempo, no se corre y queda perfecto. Por eso recomendamos delinear primero con el lápiz, ya que es más sencillo de hacer y corregir el delineado, después sólo remarca con el delineador líquido; es como colorear. Quedará perfecto y será mucho más fácil.
LAYER YOUR LINER
Sometimes it can be difficult to line those eyes, but then again liquid liner tends to stay on longer and smudge-free. So what we recommend is to line your eyes first with a pencil liner because it’s easier to make that straight line with it. Then go back on the line with the liquid liner; it’s kind of like coloring. Your eye liner will stay on, smudge-free, and well-lined.


OJOS SUAVES 
Para un maquillaje en los ojos que sea definido pero no demasiado cargado, delinea tu línea de pestañas superiores con delineador negro y tu línea de pestañas inferiores con delineador café.
SOFT EYES
For an eye look that’s defined but not too heavy, line your upper lash line with black eyeliner and the bottom lash line with brown eyeliner.


PARA ABRIR TUS OJOS
Toma un delineador blanco y delínea el borde interior del párpado inferior. Si miras las fotos de las mujeres hermosas en los 30's y 40's como Marlene Dietrich verás que éste es el truco que usaban. Además, si tus ojos están demasiado juntos, puedes usar el delineador blanco para ligeramente delinear la parte en que el párpado inferior y el superior se unen, cerca de la nariz. Esto hará que se vean más separados. El secreto está en hacerlo sutilmente.
TO OPEN UP YOUR EYES
Take a white eye pencil and line the inside rim of your lower eyelid. This really makes eyes pop! Fun fact: Look at the old black/white photos of the gorgeous women of the ‘30s and ‘40s like Marlene Dietrich and you'll see this was done to them. And if your eyes are a close set, use the white pencil to lightly line the section where the upper and lower lids come together, closest to the nose. This will make them appear wider apart. The key here is to make sure it's subtle.

PARA CEJAS DELGADAS
Primo uilizar un lápiz que sea un poco más claro que tu color natural para definir la forma, luego aplica con un cepillo delgado y angular un polvo para cejas que sea parecido al tono de tu cabello. Finalmente  usa un gel para cejas o un sellador para mantener el polvo.

FOR THIN BROWS
Use a pencil first that is a bit lighter than your natural color to define the shape, then follow with a brow powder that is close to your natural hair color with a thin, strong angle brush. After, use a brow gel or sealer which will set the powder.


MEJORA TU RIMEL
Sosteniendo una tarjeta de negocios a lo largo del interior de las pestañas y pasando sobre ellas y la tarjeta con tu otra mano el cepillo del rímel lograras pintar cada pestaña hasta las puntas y harás que tus ojos se vean más grandes.
UPGRADE YOUR MASCARA
By holding a business card up along the inside edge of your lashes and sweeping the brush against it with your other hand. This way you end up coating every lash all the way to the tip. The results will leave you wide-eyed.

OJOS MAS GRANDES
Si delíneas completamente tu parpado superior y tu parpado inferior  harás que tus ojos se vean más pequeños, para hacer que se vean más grandes el secreto es sólo delinear la mitad exterior del ojos.
LARGER EYES
If you completely cover both the top and bottom lash lines with liner, you're going to close the eye, making it look smaller. To make it look larger, you only want to apply it both halfway on top and bottom.


HAZLOS MIRAR
Donde pongas la oscuridad será a donde tu ojo sea resaltado, lo que significa que el delineador te permite cambiar la forma de tus ojos. ¿Tienes ojos pequeños? Hazlos más grandes con un look de smokey-eyes. ¿Quieres alargar el ancho de tus ojos? Haz un look cat-eye exagerado.
MAKE THEM LOOK
Wherever you put darkness is where your eye is drawn to, which means eyeliner allows you to change the shape of your eye." Got small eyes? Make them bigger with a smoky wraparound. Want to elongate your eyes' width? Do an exaggerated winged tip.

Ya sea por el cigarro o el café, es muy difícil mantener el blanco en nuestros dientes; por eso hoy les traemos un tratamiento fácil para hacer que sus sonrisas sean más brillantes y blancas.
Pon en una taza un poco de pasta dental, mezclala con una cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio, otra de peróxido de hidrógeno y finalmente una de agua. Mezclalo con el cepillo de dientes hasta que tenga la textura de la pasta dental y después cepilla tus dientes con la mezcla por dos minutos. Haz este tratamiento una vez a la semana hasta que alcances el resultado que deseas, después limítate a hacer una vez al mes o cada dos meses.

Whether it is for the cigarette or coffe, it is sometimes hard to maintain our teeth white; that's why today we bring you and easy tutorial to keep your smiles shinning and white.
Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.
