Desde que empezó el mes ya estaba ansiosa porque llegara la época otoñal y al parecer alguien no le ha avisado al clima porque no se decide si llueve como si no hubiera un mañana o hace mucho calor. Pero no me ha detenido de empezar a probar más colores otoñales y este mes mis favoritos ya empiezan a reflejar mi amor por esta época. 

Since the month started, I was eager for the fall to begin but it appears that someone forgot to tell the weather because it's either raining or super hot. But this hasn't stopped me from transitioning my makeup and switching into the autumnal shades.

OPI Suzi first lady of Nails

Toda la línea de otoño de OPI me cautivó pero no he podido dejar de usar este color. Sé que puede parecer al principio un poco raro, pero a mi que me encantan los tonos verdes y azules para las uñas, este tono es la perfecta transición para otoño. 

All the OPI fall line stole my heart but I won't stop using this shade. I know it can look a bit weird, but since I'm a huge fan of green or blue nail polishes, this shade is the perfect transition for me. 

Burt's Bees Cranberry and Pomegranate Body Scrub

Este producto, aunque no tenga nada que ver con el otoño, me encanta porque huele exactamente como una bebida navideña. Lo uso una vez a la semana y me encanta porque hidrata la piel y al mismo tiempo la exfolia, dejando un increíble olor. Realmente tengo tentación de probar algún producto de la misma línea. 

This product, although hasn't anything autumnal, I love because it smells exactly like a Christmasy drink. I use it once a week and I love it because it's hydrating, exfoliates the skin and the delicious smell lingers. I'm really tempted to try another product from the same line. 

Kat Von d Everlasting Liquid Lipstick Lolita

Este lipstick llevaba más de un año buscándolo y nunca estaba disponible en la tienda o se había agotado mundialmente. Así que cuando lo vi en la tienda, no lo pensé más y me lo tuve que llevar conmigo. Esta marca de por si me encanta, pero este lipstick me sorprendió es muy pigmentado, de alta duración, mate y el color es perfecto para usar diario sin llegar a verse muy dramático. Es un rosa con un toque de café que queda perfecto para mi tono de piel. 

I've been looking for this lipstick for more than a year and was never available or sold out globally. That's why when I spotted it in the store, I didn't hesitate and grabbed it. I already loved this brand but thislipstick wowed me because it's super pigmented, lasts for a long time, it's matte and has the perfect everyday color without looking too dramatic. It's a brownish pink that goes perfectly with my skin tone. 

Essence Make me Brow Gel 

Hace unos meses se me acabó mi gel de cejas favorito y decidí no volver a comprarlo porque se me hizo un poco caro, así que estaba viendo cual podía ser un buen substituto. Había leído bastante de este producto y aunque no había probado nada de esta marca, decidí comprarlo. Es el gel de Essence y quedé muy sorprendida especialmente por la calidad-precio. Es muy accesible y me gustó porque da volúmen a las cejas, un poco de color y las fija. 

A few months ago, I ran out of my favorite brow gel and decided to skip it because it is a bit expensive, so I was looking for a dupe. I've heard great reviews of this product and even if I haven't tried anything from this brand, I decided to purchase it. It's the Essence gel and I was pleasantly surprised especially comparing the price and the quality. It's really accesible and I like it because it's volumizing, gives a touch of color and holds the brows.

Primero que nada, debo confesar que soy una adicta total a los barnices de uñas y me encanta probar todos los colores bajo el arcoiris pero uno de los colores básicos que tod@s tenemos que tener es un tono nude. Si no sabes que color ponerte en cualquier ocasión (para el trabajo, para la escuela, una boda, para salir) este es el que necesitas. Encontrar el tono nude perfecto es difícil ya que muchos tienen demasiado rosa, blanco, café y pueden llegar a verse muy mal en las uñas. Cuando probé el tono Samoan Sand de OPI quedé enamorada, es un rosa palo que queda perfecto con mi tono de piel pero es lo suficientemente versátil para complementar muchos tonos de piel diferentes. Me encantó el color, lo opaco que es y que me duró casi una semana en las uñas sin retocar. Definitivamente necesitas este color de OPI si quieres el nude perfecto para tus uñas.

First of all, I must confess I'm a total addict to nail polishes and love to try every color under the rainbow but one of the basic color everyone needs is a nude. If you are undecided on what to wear on any ocasion (to work, go out, school, a wedding, etc.) this is the one shade you need. Finding the perfect one is difficult because they sometimes have too much pink, white or brown and can look a bit off on your nails. When I tried the shade Samoan Sand from OPI I fell in love, it's a tawny pink that matches mi skin tone perfectly and it's versatile enoguth to complement lots of skin tones. I loved the opacity and that it almost lasted an entire week without chipping. You definately need this OPI nail polish if you are looking for the perfect nude shade for your nails.  

A principios de mes antes de ir a una boda, dije porqué no voy al salón para arreglarme mis uñas. Casi no voy a que me hagan manicure pero tenía un presentimiento de que algo bueno pasaría. Creo que mi parte favorita del proceso es cuando tengo que escoger el color que me pondré, así que lo vi entre todos los barnices y supe que era amor a primera vista.

El color es un tono fucsia, entre rojo, rosa y morado, perfecto para las manos y los pies. Después de esto tuve que ir por él, me encantó el color, la fórmula y el acabado. Me pusieron la base protectora, el color y el topcoat (todos de OPI) en las manos me duró una semana y en los pies, dos. Si están buscando un color diferente pero perfecto para el día a día, les recomiendo demasiado este, no he cambiado de color en lo que resta del mes…y eso para mí, ya es mucho decir.

At the begginings of the month before going to a wedding, I said why don’t I go to the salon to get my mails done. It´s really rare for me to go for a manicure, but I had a feeling inside me that something good would happen. I guess my favorite part of the process is picking the color, so there I saw it between all the nail polishes and I knew it was love at first sight.

The shade is called Koala Bear-y and it’s a mix between fushia, red, pink and purple, perfecto for your hands and toes. After that I had to go and buy it, I loved the color, formula, finish and most of all how it looks against my skintone.

The applied the base coat, color and topcoat (all from OPI) in my hands lasted for about a week and in my toes two weeks without chipping. If you’re looking for a different color and for a day to day basis, I highly recommend this. I haven’t changed the color all month…and for me, that’s a lot to say.
